Originally from South Carolina, Kathy Wright moved to Phoenix in 1995 and has been active in the Phoenix real estate market for over three decades. Kathy has been Bobby Lieb's assistant for over 27 years, where she assists all parties in the buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

Kathy is an avid animal lover and in her free time enjoys spending time with her dog, Dudley, as well as friends and family. She supports CASS, Arizona Animal Welfare League and SPCA, St. Mary's Food Bank, and other organizations involving animal rescue and homelessness.

MaryAnn Lieb brings a background in marketing, communications, and relationship-building to her work alongside her husband, Bobby Lieb. She helps lead the marketing, branding, and communications behind the business, drawing on experience in advertising, publishing, public relations, and real estate.

A longtime Phoenix resident and Arizona State University graduate, MaryAnn has spent more than 17 years mentoring young people through organizations including New Pathways for Youth. She and Bobby have been married since 1986, with children Juliann and Sean and Jesse Milleson, a cherished part of the family. Together they enjoy hiking, traveling, and time with family, friends, and their Boxer Luv rescue, Libby.
