Kathy is an avid animal lover and in her free time enjoys spending time with her dog, Dudley, as well as friends and family. She supports CASS, Arizona Animal Welfare League and SPCA, St. Mary's Food Bank, and other organizations involving animal rescue and homelessness.

Their family also includes Jesse Milleson, who joined their lives while in high school and remains a cherished member of the family. At home, they enjoy time with Libby, their Boxer Luv rescue, along with hiking, travel, and gathering with family and friends.
